C'EST BON CHEESE LIMITED produces a soft, unripened cheese from a herd of 200 purebred Toggenburg and LaMancha goats.
We make cheese once a week in our modern, government approved facility. Our plant is the first on farm facility approved in southern Ontario by both federal and provincial governments to pasteurize and process milk on site.
To maintain our high quality standards the work is done in small batches and by hand. Our old world process respects the cheese. The result is a quality product with an artisan flair, without the over-processed neutrality of more commercial products.
