C'EST BON CHEESE LIMITED is a small on-farm family run business located in St. Marys, Ontario. It is fifteen minutes from Stratford, Ontario, home of the Stratford Festival Theater. We are proud to produce a superior Fresh Chèvre made from the milk of our purebred herd of Toggenburg and LaMancha goats. By purchasing C'ESTBON CHEESE products you are getting old world quality and taste from new world artisans.
